I too ordered a free trial for Luminary Skincare moisturizer for only $4.95. Two weeks later, I was charged $93.87 which was totally unauthorized. I was also charged $4.90 for an eye serum that I did not order and then was charged $93.79. These charges were NOT authorized.
At the time I ordered the moisturizer I was unable to print a copy on the computer and when I received the moisturizer, there was no paperwork, no address and no information where to contact anyone. There was a San Diego phone number on the jar of cream, but got nowhere. The person on the phone said I had agreed to these terms when I oredered the cream, but this is a total lie. These extra charges were never mentioned.
The person on the phone said that I had also ordered future shipments which is also a total lie, but I was able to cancel any future orders. This is almost $200.00 fraudulent charges. Is there anyway I, and other victims, can get our money back? This is a very expensive lesson and I will not order anything else on the Internet.
