LTD Commodities took my payment twice and would not reverse one of them Bannockburn Illinois
Purchased $107.83 worth of merchandise and LTD charged my account with $215.66 (twice the amount) and would not reverse the charge made in error.
So instead of only paying $107.83 for merchandise, I paid double. I was hung up on, told they could not help me and now they have $107.83 of my money.

Kathleen, I would like to sincerely apologize for the negative experience you encountered with your bank statement and the lack of response from our call center. I have located your account, and I do not see where we debited these charges more than once. However, I would like to work with you to get this corrected to your satisfaction.
