Jeff the owner, screwed up my address 3 times , I tried to correct it all 3 times, there is no way to edit your address on this site, so I emailed him 3 times to correct it , with no response from him , or the co.

I bought a case of caned chicken and finally had to call ups to fix the problem my self . after 3 weeks I got my chicken, a few days later he sends a email wanting me to pay 25$ for a address change, Needless to say he will never see that 25$. What a rude arrogant jerk this jeff is.

so I decided to try the chicken the other day it was nasty , I opend one can and tasted it, NASTY STUFF. I was afrade to feed it to the dog, so I through it out , knowing I would never get any of my money back from him. 

  WARNING, IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS CO. YOU WILL FIND OUT YOU SHOULD HAVE LISTNED TO ME. !!!!!   A HUGE RIPOFF ALL THE WAY AROUND.

if you notice on there web site all reviews by customers (maybe) are 5 stars , they wont post any coments below 5 stars , that proves they are not honest . but they are also crooks and try and get more money from you for shipping after they screw up your addrss . Im trying to warn you , if you deal with them you have made a big mistake.

First of all, we have thousands of satisfied customers over the last 11 years.  Also, Jeff is not the owner, this customer starts out with false information.  We responded to all 3 of this customers emails, we had the order shipped, and upon delivery, there was an address change fee.

We used the same address that the customer gave us, but UPS did have a problem with the address. The 25 dollars was charged by UPS, we had no control over this fee as we shipped to the address given.

We never heard back from this customer that the food was "nasty", we cannot help people if they do not contact us with their concerns after the sale.

While problems can arise rarely, this customer does not state the facts of what happened, nor should affect anyone doing business with us.  We can be reached by phone at 877-886-3653 if you doubt our integrity.
