lowes out 5 times and missed 2 times unable to repair ice maker extended warranty leominster massachusetts
bought the lowes extended warranty on a fridigare galley refridgerator, they have been out five time and missed two or three times . unable to fix ice maker . works good for a couple days/weeks and then stops. one of the repair men who came out a couple times stated he was unable to repair. this has been a total of 7 or 8 apointments and still unable to adaquately fix. lowes customer service stated just because the icemaker doesnt work doesnt mean you should be able to get a new refridgerator. the machine is roughtly two or three yrs old and has a 5 year extended warranty thru lowes. last appointment was a week ago and no notice. just canceled. called them up and they said they no longer service the area .
