called about water in gas that I have been buying at Loves. I am a 20yr custamer and spend at least 400.00 a month in cash. Because I could not produce a receite they said they would not help even though they admited they had water in their fuel at the same time I was spending 700.00 to repair my truck because of water in my gas tank. I told them all they had to do was call the store to verafy with manager of store because I know all in store

The judge asks you when did you get your fuel and how much. You mention the date and a guess at the amount and the Judge asks you to prove that. How are you going to do that? "Everybody here knows me!" is your answer. That answers absolutely NOTHING about the question. You cannot prove you got fuel there and your case gets dismissed. That's the cold hard facts of life. If you cannot prove you bought fuel on the day and at the time of the faulty mixture, you have no case!
