so after being in trailer for long ,sweat made boxes wet and weak when i pulled in the next day 1 of the top bins had shifted due to weak box/sweat lumper had to restack and woow his shipper sent rotten melons that were stuck at bottom of bins, now its been 3 weeks and counting this broker is not paying always saying call tomorrow last time he flat out told me he wont pay period am a small business who relay on cash flow ,am running close to just file a claim on his bond ,he claimed we damaged the 6 melons that were actually rotten and to sum up all this i actually have all clean bills from his customer so whats the reason i dont get paid for sevices i did and contracted? Drivers and companies doing business with longship logistics be warned they don't pay .

Charles you must be on their payroll too scamming ppl ,we picked that liad at a different locaton not as you contracted us we hot to aldi as per contract aldi said your appointment was the following day which you lied to us /contract which you signed knowing had you told us we were going to sit on your load that long we would take it, you very well know we did our job in a timely manner, thats why you assured us to wait till next day to deliver the load. we actually spent all that time outside reciver gate and just went back following day to check in so why do you say it was delivered at different address. you need to tell the truth if you want to clear your name or i should post orignal bills and confirmation reports up on here? You have copies of the bills no where it says we damaged anything, load shifted coz melons stayed on truck and your customer put rotten melons at bottom of bins which leaked and weakened the boxes they were in tjus tilting they had to sort your rotten load but we never wwnt to diffrent customer get your lies straight, you said you were not going to pay us ,and remember b4 all the time we on phone we let u know 1st hand that calls are being recorded so the proof is there......DONT GET ON HERE WITH LIES ...this is proof you are liars this goes all out to other companies doing business with these guys THEY DONT PAY .

This must be one of their employees trying to get this removed. this is the carrier load was never ever ever changed from its orignal destination we contracted this load to aldi and you lied us on delivering date and time. we had to sit on your load in order to deliver it the following day. stop this nonsense. aldi was the reciver and aldi is who took load next day no change same customer same address different day and time ......THIS IS ANOTHER REASON PPLE SHOULD WATCH THIS BROKER

False Report

In rebuttal to the claim that Longship does not pay the carriers they hire for their services, this is completely false. The post was written by someone who clearly does not understand the claims protocol in the transportation of produce. The load was originally rejected due to product quality not becuase of a paperwork issue. In attempt to salvage the product the carrier was asked to deliver the cargo to a 2nd receiver. Upon arrival at the 2nd receiver it was discovered that the load had shifted while in transit. Any time a load is rejected or damages occur in transit the load will be placed in a claim status. Payment can not be issued for loads in a claims staus until all the paperwork is sorted outed out. Sometimes this takes a few days, sometimes it takes several weeks. No one told the carrier that he was not going to get paid. It was explained to the carrier that payment could not be issued for the load until the claim was resolved. Two completely different circumstances. Please pull the report down as it is false and many of the carrier's points are fabricated.
