On March 7, 2014, I went to the Officemax here in town at 2600 Mcfarland Blvd. E #B Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35405. I purchased a Logitech Mouse M100. On September 13, 2014 the mouse completely stopped working. I called the people at the OfficeMax and they said they couldn't do anythingto get in touch with the warranty department at Logitech. So that's what I did. I called the warranty claim number and a foreign lady answered. I explained to her my problem about the mouse stopped working after just five months of purchase. This idiot wanted me to plug in the mouse that's not working to see why it's not working. I told her honey it's not doing anything.

The mouse wouldn't light up and the curser stayed in the middle of the screen and this silly woman still tried to make me check to see why the mouse is not working and told me that I couldn't get back a warranty because she didn't know why it's not working. I told her that I wanted to know why it wasn't working either. She wasn't making any sense and talking to her just made me more and more angry so I hung up on the dummy. I think this company is running a scam they know that this product doesn't work and they really don't intend to refund your money at all. Please don't buy one of these mouses because you'll end up goingthrough what I just went through.
