local motions moving van rolled down a driveway , hitting and totaling my truck parked across the street from the driveway.
the company refuses to answer my calls , wont file an insurance claim , and wont pay me for damages , lost wages and rental car fees which they indicated they would be paying for, however , now i get no answers , no calls , no results local motion ? more like slow motion!

LOCAL MOTION CLAIMED MY CLAIM WAS FALSE , YET THE D.O.T WAS THERE , A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED , I DO HAVE A COPY AND LOCAL MOTION WAS CITED FOR DEFECTIVE BRAKES , MY BOSS ALSO CAME TO THE SCENE AND PHOTOS WERE TAKEN , SEEMS TO ME LOCAL MOTION IS CLEARLY IN THE WRONG HERE AND ONLY MAKING MATTERS WORSE BY NOT TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS IN AN HONEST WAY.

LOCAL MOTION CLAIMS TO HAVE IMMEDIATLY FILED AN INSURANCE CLAIM ON JULY 8TH AFTER THEIR TRUCK WITH DEFECTIVE BEAKES ROLLED DOWN A DRIVEWAY INTO MY TRUCK , THEY ALSO CLAIM TO HAVE CUT ME A CHECK IN THE AMOUNT I REQUESTED ON THURS AUG 1ST , YET , IVE SEEN NO CHECK NOR HAD A SINGLE RETURNED PHONE CALL , EXCEPT FOR A NASTY LETTER TELLING ME TO STOP COMPLAINING AND BE PATIENT ,, HMMM PATIENT HUH , I KNOW IF THE TABLES WERE TURNED AND I HIT THEIR TRUCK THEY WOULD WANT IMMEDIATE COMPENSATION , THIS TRUCK IS MY ONLY WAY TO WORK , IVE MISSED NUMEROUS HOURS , BEEN CHARGED FOR A RENTAL CAR AND SUFFERED DAYS OF HASSLES , IGNORED PHONE CALLS AND FAXES , ALL I WANT IS MY CLAIM SETTLED , YET THEY SEEM TO THINK IM IN THE WRONG ! IM SIMPLY DISGUSTED !!

Local Motion staff followed proper accident procedures and have submitted this claim to our insurance company immediately after the incident on July 8th, 2002. American Agency has informed me that they have unsuccessfully tried contacting Ms. Sundt on several occasions for copies of the estimate for repairs. I myself finally received notice that Ms. Sundt turned over an estimate for damages to her vehicle as of July 29th, 2002. Ms. Sundt's claim will be paid, I suggest she exercise a bit more patience and discontinue her groundless accusations that we do not intend to pay for her claim.
