LoanMax LLC Title Loan This company is ridiculous they are complete ripoff’s I live off SS and SSI so I don’t make much money so I had an emergency so I went there borrowed $600 I couldn’t afford to pay the whole first month payment so offered to bring them in what I could afford but they refused my payment and told me I had to have the whole payment or they couldn’t help me and they wasn’t taking just some of the payment. The people are rude and very bossy I have tried multiple times to pay some of the money and they just keep refusing my money. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with the corporate office I have called left my phone number my email address my home address for like 2 months now and yet to this day I have never received a call back or heard from them at all. I get text messages every day from the office in Pearlington Ms but I have never ever heard from the corporate office. They are now saying I owe them over a $1000 and I still can’t make payments it’s all gotta be up front. Like I said I live on SS and SSI there is no way I can come up with that kind of money at once. I don’t understand why they keep refusing my money hell at least I’m trying to give them something so not sure what else to do for these people. I do know one thing I will tell everyone do NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER THEY ARE COMPLETE RIP OFFS AND WILL SCREW YOU OVER WHICH EVER WAY THEY CAN. I just don’t understand how a company can refuse any kind of payment from a customer it seems like they just wanna take their customer vehicles away from them. Sad Sad. If there is a lawsuit involving this company I would love to be in it I have multiple text messages cause every single day they text. I’ve got to the point where I don’t even reply back anymore. I’ve even tried to call them and talk to them about my payments and they still tell me the same thing over and over. Well I’m tired of hearing it over and over. So I have quit calling them and texting them cause there is nothing more I can do. I was just told couple days ago that now they want me to come up with over $1000 and something dollars for my payment that’s not even to get my title back like I said before I only borrowed $600 and for 2 months payment is over $1000 come on now that’s FREAKING RIDICULOUS. COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST and it’s not VERY SAD FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE TRYING. Another thing THEY DON’T CARE HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT THEM THEY STILL REFUSE TO EXCEPT THE MONEY YOU CAN GIVE THEM IT’S ALL OR NOTHING. I HOPE THIS WARNS EVERYONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM ALL THEY DO IS SCAM PEOPLE. ... your description ... Pearlington Mississippi

1.  You agreed to the terms for a loan.

2.  You are on SS and can't make the payments YOU AGREED TO.  Which means that when you signed the contract to get your loan money, you KNEW you could not live up to it.

3.  Now you are angry because the lender does not want to let you unilaterally change the conditions of the contract.

4.  You say that the LENDER is scamming YOU for not "understanding" and letting you basically pay whatever you want to pay.

You lend me $100 on my signed promise to pay you back $10 a month for a year ($100 principle plus $20 interest.)  Thirty days later you ask for your payment, and I give you $5 because "that's all I have, I am on a very tight budget."  You remind me that we made an agreement, and I respond by calling you a scammer and coming to Ripoffreport.com to "report" you, "reminding" the world that I am on SS and don't have much money, and to accuse you of being "bossy" for demanding that I live up to our agreement.  Do you really think anyone should sympathize with ME?

There is no scam or ripoff. The scam seems to be your thinking. You signed a contract to pay back whatever each month, "I don't have the money" isn't an excuse. dead beat debtors are why interest rates are so high and wages are poor. Someone has to pay for this debt and it will not be the tax payers. You can't cry fowl when you're 100% in the wrong!
