LLOYD & MCDANIEL, PLC AKAs Old Republic Equity Services, Inc., Garnished our wages and non wages from our checking & savings today, I took copies of the stamped and deposited checks to the court house, but no one did their job and we have nothing. Louisville, Kentucky
Today our checking account and savings accounts was stripped to $0! We have paid Lloyd & McDaniel, PLC in Louisville KY (which was hired by Old Republic Equity Credit Services, Inc) the requested $300 per month, but today our hicktown Spencer Circuit Court allowed these jerks to rob us of every cent we had for no reason. I took the canceled checks to the court house annex on Tuesday, and the girl in charge of garnishing wages did not do her job and allowed these thieves to empty our checking and savings accounts to a zero balance! I am so upset I cannot really think straight to write this! Our first and second mortgages were with COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS and we were in the process of a loan modification for both the first and second mortgages when Countrywide "sold" our mortgages to Bank of America. Not sure if Bank of America sold our 2nd mortgage to Old Republic Equity Credit Services and Old Republic gave our second mortgage to Lloyd & McDaniel from Louisville, KY BECAUSE EVERYONE INVOLVED REFUSES TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION. I HAVE ASKED PATRICK KILBURN of Lloyd & McDaniel and HE LITTERLY SCREAMS AT ME OVER THE PHONE! Even though we paid our $300 monthly payments, Lloyd & McDaniel WAS ALLOWED TO TAKE EVERY PENNY WE HAD IN OUR CHECKING AND SAVINGS ACCOUNTS. It is hard to write this from crying, and the crying is BECAUSE I AM PISSED! WHY ARE A**HOLES LIKE LLOYD & MCDANILE OF LOUISVILLE, KY ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH SUCH A CRIME?? Countrywide home Loans has never compensated us from when a former Countrywide employee sold our names, dates of birth, social security numbers, loan/mortgage numbers, bank account information, and debit card numbers. THEN we have the LOVELY BANK OF AMERICA THAT REFUSED TO SEE THE LOAN MODIFICATIONS AND HAS SENT US FORECLOSURE PAPERS TWICE IN ERROR, and my husband took our a hardship withdraw from his retirement two months ago, to send Bank of America so we could sleep at night, and about two weeks ago Bank of America refunded us $6,000 of the $37,000.00 we sent to be able to sleep at night, and Lloyd & McDaniel even took the refund money we had recently received from Bank of America. We have nothing. Omy God, will someone please help us? We cannot take much more from these banks. We have no money for gas, food, electric or water bill. I recently had three surgeries and will be able to work again on June 21, 2012. Is there an honest attorney out there that will help us and not say "foreclosue", because we pay our bills. Countrywide got us in a huge mess and now Lloyd & Republic is taking us all the way down. PLEASE someone help us!

My mother was recently sued by American Express represented by Lloyd & McDaniel. The ba*rds want her pension which is protected under Federal law. I went to the LaPorte County Courthouse to file an exemption form and request a hearing. Now, my mother might have problems paying her bills. She relies on her pension. I call on the National Bar Association to disbar these ba*rds.
