Lixxor Auto Sales - Car Broke Down After 3 weeks, Dealer left bad review at my Wife's job as retaliation - Belmont California
Very bad experience with this place. I bought a car here with my wife. Then after 3 weeks the engine exploded, smoke pouring out the back. Called Sameh back at Lixxor to see if he could help and he said "I bought the car as is, so did you". So I ask "so is there nothing you can do to help?" And Sameh rudely yells at me "Don't put words in my mouth!" (I asked a question, by the way).
So Sameh says he will call us back but never does. Then my wife and I left him 1 star reviews on Google, so Sameh leaves a bad review at my wife's PLACE of WORK! He's never done business with my wife's company and was only trying to get her in trouble! This is not only unethical and unprofessional, it's borderline harrassment.
We are a simple family trying to make ends meet. Our car was totalled, so we took the insurance payout to Lixxor for a car. We gave them $6500 for a car we got to drive for less than a month. The car is still in the shop, and the price tag for the repairs is $7000 and climbing.
Sameh said "I don't want your money I want your friends" in reference to how his priority was our satisfaction. Well Sameh, you got my money, of which I got next to nothing. You will not have my friends, or anyone else I can warn. I will never do business with Sameh or Lixxor again and strongly advise against anyone else doing the same.
