I purchased a $20.00 phone card from livephonecard.com and was suppose to receive another $20.00 phone card free. After using one of the cards 6 times, I now get a recording that the 800 number cannot be called from my area. The other card has not been used yet because the recording says I have an improper PIN number.
I have e-mailed their service department and sales department several times and have received no response. I have tried calling their "24 hour" 800 number, and get a recording that they cannot receive calls at this time-no matter what time I call.
I tried to revisit the web page of livephonecard.com, and now I get an error message that my IP address no longer has access to their site. So, I started the process all over again using my internet access at work. Still, no repsonse.
I expected to get what I paid for, and now I'm stuck. So much for buying Christmas gifts from them!!
