LITTON LOAN SERVICING Litton Loan Abusive, unethical, dishonest Litton Loan is an unprofessional organization ruining our lives. Internet
Litton Loan Servicing has been an abusive, dishonest mortgage company that lies to us. Our loan was originated at Grabil Bank and because I was a business owner they stated they would create our mortgage using my wife's unsubstantiated teacher's salary. It was immediately transfered to Litton Loan and has been a nightmare ever since. They foreclosed on our loan in October 2008 and offered us the "cash for keys program", assuring us this would relinguish our responsibility. Now we are being harrassed by LCS financial services corporation representing Litton Loan Servicing.
It appears that Litton was purchased by Goldman Sachs in December 2008, which was bailed out by us US taxpayers. The way I see it, Litton Loan has no right to collect anything they have already sold.
