Litton Loan Servicing using negative financial terms in documents they provide to other lenders. Keeping other banks from offering a loan so that the borrower is unable to obtain a loan with lower interest rates. Litton Loan Servicing keeps the borrowers captive to its high interest sub prime loan rip-off.

When I tried to refinance away from Litton Loan Servicing they provided negative information which was used to keep me from obtaining a refinance with another Bank.

Now they are trying to take my home through foreclosure. I have worked with Litton Loan Servicing. I filled out tons of information. They declined a loan modification and did not tell me.

I left tons of messages and faxed over numerous documents. Litton Loan Servicing never responded back to me. I only found out Litton Loan Servicing declined the loan modification when I spoke to a "snotty" lady on the phone.

Litton Loan Servicing is a scandalous company. Litton Loan Servicing gives out misleading information when all the while they are quickly working to seize your home through foreclosure.

I need help! I am interested in suing Litton Loan Servicing. If you are an attorney reading this, please call me.

dont torture your self trying to work with Litton Loan Servicing your self on a voluntary basis, its been proven that most servicers are being sued by the true Note Holders for 'unjust enrichment' meaning the true note holders of mortgage backed securities (your loan) are recouping lost monies from Servicers(Litton) for benefiting financially from purposley mishandling foreclosure avoidance (your file). They (your Note Holder) often is not made aware of the homeowner(you)'s desire to retain the home or their ability to sustain the home with simple and available programs they(Litton) were paid (TARP funds) to extend to the homeowner. go to www.suelittonloan.org and a Non Profit Law Clinic representative will provide you access to completly free Lender Fraud and Violation Analysis Report as well as FREE No cost Legal Loan Modification assistance while they get you pre-qualified for one of several Permanent Principal Reduction Programs available to the public.... what makes this Non Profit Law Clinic unique is that they can and will actually also assist you with Federal or State Court Legal representation based on their findings... Lender Lawsuit Litigation or Bankruptcy Protection while offering your lender (litton) and your actual Note Holder (T.B.D) an alternative to the enevitable legal battle by recommending demanding a settlement that you can live with.....when you get a chance Google search "CPAC Non Profit Law Clinic wins against Litton Loan Servicing". My next door neighbor got his foreclosed home put back into his name after the Trustee sale reversal he finally recieved the Loan Modification that he was previously denied for because he had CPAC Non Profit Law Clinic help him!

When you file loan modification papers, if you show you cannot make your payments, your modification will not be granted. People think that if they put on their paperwork no money and many debts, their modification will be granted due to hardship. This does not work. Loan modifications are only granted to those who can afford to make the payments. Just like you have to qualify for a mortgage in the first place, you have to qualify for the modification too. I know it sounds kinda weird (if I can afford the payment, why would I need a modification), but there are different modifications for different reasons. Some modifications end up making you pay more to catch up, and some modifications end up making you pay less (as in the new ARM modifications). However, those modifications will not be less than your original payments anyway. Loan modifications are not usually offered just because you need to lower your monthly payment. Many people believe they can get a loan modification because they can no longer afford their monthly payment and need it lower. That is called refinancing to a better interest rate. Both require certain qualifications.

Reggie, first let me state that from reading your post, you may have gotten behind on your mortgage payments, and that is the reason you were trying to work out a loan modification with Litton. As for your credit report, if you were late on mortgage payments it affects your credit significantly, and this is probably the reason that you cannot get another loan. Contrary to popular belief, lenders do not want to foreclose, the expense outweighs the benefit of foreclosing and lenders are not in the real estate business. Due to the mortgage crisis our country has seen there are alot of resources for you and other homeowners to take advantage of in order to save your home and no not the foreclosure bailout companies. Lenders often do not agree to a loan modification or enter a forbearance agreement if they find that you do not have sufficient income to repay your debts and continue making the agreed payments. I would recommend contacting HUD. you can find their information on the internet and find out what your options are. Good luck
