Despite my telephone conversations with their representitives. I had to get an attorney and they even told him one thing while proceeding with the foreclosure. I finally had to go to court and they one. I had to pay their attorney fees up to a certain point. I still have problems with them. I had to pay my own homeowners insurance and flood insurance in October 2002 because despite the fact I pay towards it every month. I was reimbursed by my homeowners ins when Litton finally paid them but I never received reimbursement from my flood ins. agency. Litton claims to have paid them and even deducted it from my account. They cannot come up with a cancelled check to prove this. All I get is my monthly transactions. This year, 2003 I had the same problem and it took my two months to get my flood ins. paid, as it was late and I have to wait 30 days from the day they received the check for coverage. Litton is a rip off.
