LITTON LOAN SERVICING, LP Litton Loan Is A rippoff and are deceptive and do harm to there customers. They have me in a trial mod for six months and no answers. Then they send me denial and intent to foreclose, when I called Internet
Litton Loan Servicing is the worst company and should be investigated by the government by their illegal practices. They say they will help, yet all they want to do is foreclose. I was never late on any payment and now after having my loan in a trial period for six months, they decline and send intent to foreclose or I have up to 45 days to come up with 15,000. dollars that incured over the period of the trial mod. I called because I didn't think the math was right and they have resubmitted and everyone you talk to has a different story as to what to do or what they can see in there computer. I am always told, of course always a different person to call back next week. They don't know anything, they are just wanting your money. I have a PMI that I pay on my loan of 1,017.00 each month and because I have that policy they won't do anything to help me they want to foreclose to cash in the policy and sell my house as a foreclosure. That way they make double money and cause me more bills. I am a responsible profesional and Litton is using the government p[rogram to prey on people like us who have PMI and they don't want to help us they want to make money!!!Now my credit is crap! because of the trial loan mod program. The government needs to check into the practice of this and not allow the foreclosure or cashing in on pmi and also foreclose. The PMI is another scam in itself. I was also a victim of there scam with the insurance. Not paying a bill then causing me to have a lapse then forced over 3000.00 in money to have insurance, I found a company that understood and gave me insurance after I explained what they did. I am still trying to save my home and avoid foreclosure. I just hope the government is investigating there law with home mods and if they even are helping consumers, from what I see and hear no one really is getting the help they need. Good Luck to all who deal with Litton as they are the worst. Only wanting to make money and hurt consumers. Banks are the ruin of our future and so is credit reporting. Lets hope some time soon the government says credit reporting and bank fraud is serious and action needs to be taken to save the consumers, after all isn't the program to help consumers, not push them further into debt!!!!
