litigation services charles whitford payday loan scam san antonio Nationwide
on 8-11-2014 i was call by a man stating he was from litigation services calling on behalf of check city an online payday loan lender. He stated that his name is Charles Whitford and he was calling about a payday loan i had gotton in 2012 and never paid back ( not true). He also stated that he was going to have me arrested for various felonies. when i tried to get information for him all he would give me was an account number f699335 and told me his phone number was the one on my caller id. I told him I do not have a caller id so he gave me number 210-762-6799 . I then informed him that i just filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy he told me it did not matter bacause i couldnt file theres against a bankruptcy, which is false you can claim payday loans on a bankruptcy. He then told me to have my lawyer call him by later that day or charges would be filed against me and hung up. After getting off the phone i checked my caller id and the number came up as trucking services with number 210-446-3668. Whats scarry is that this person already had my information, employement info and bank account info.
