Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I am not sure if liquidation.com has some form of legal scam going on. But my experience with them is telling my that they are a rip off. I have been trying to sell stuffs online so I can be home and taking care of my kids. My idea was to purchase online and resale. So I research for wholesales company and liquidation kept coming up

I have purchased over $3000 worth of merchandises from them. I started by purchasing one lot of returns for $400 consist of 35 items. I try to sell them online and had 95% of my customers asking for returns because the items did not work. Ok, so I considered that a lost and tried to make up for it by purchasing more items. This time $900.00 Same results. Only differences is this time I tried and test out the items. Miraculously 100% of the merchandises did not work. Called for a return, and they told me no because they are returns and I should of expected that. By this time I am stressing and tears coming out my eye. So After loosing this much money I still tried another $1500 out the window. Different type of lots this time. Electronics (returns) cameras (refurbished) and salvage tvs. I lost all my money again. Cameras I over bid because some guy just did not want to quit. Returns out of 200 items I was only able to sell 45 items the rest were broken and unusable.

My last experience was only 150 for 5 used cameras. Got the cameras only two of them functioned. The other three had cracked screens and the lenses could not open. I emailed them about that again and they told me that this is what the definition of use items means. In desperation I tried one more time. A lot claimed to be used and consist of over $2420 worth of other electronics. I paid $150 for it and when I got it it was one messed up camera, wii remote dvd rw, one video game and the rest was just a bunches of rca cables and a sump pump. I emailed liquidation again and this was their response Dispute denied; The support provided does not validate the claim of misrepresentation. Please note. MSRP values are not encouraged as a basis of dispute as these values are suggested retail values of a new unit given by the manufacturer whereby resale values will vary based on several factors throughout the retail process and region. MSRP values are provided for guidance however they may not reflect precise MSRP values.

It is almost as if they are in a scam with their sellers. A buyer has no way of disputing anything

By the way one of their rules are when you get the item you are supposed to check them right away. If not you lose your chance to dispute. And guess what? The cameras were sent to me without any batteries. If you are new in this business I would not recommend liquidation.com

My question is how does a customer diffreciate between what an used item supposed to be between returns and or salvage when they are all mean the same when filing a complaint? You can't contact the sellers or leave a review about them and let other buyer know how they oporates.

And most importantly how is a buyer protected by this legal scam
