Complaint Review: Lincoln Digital Group Review - West Palm Beach Florida

Impiro Cerone Inc, DBA Lincoln Digital Group = Dishonest, Predatory Digital Marketing Agency Review in my opinion.

My company made the unfortunate mistake of hiring Impiro Cerone Inc. – DBA - Lincoln Digital Group. In my opinion, they outright lied to me. I strongly feel that our company was victimized by Impiro Cerone Inc, DBA Lincoln Digital Group. They did not provide the results or products that where promised. When I asked the owner why my products where not being delivered as promised, the owner’s reply was “I do not recall that conversation “That was almost laughable! Then he sent me a childish, insulting email. Unexperienced and unprofessional to the highest degree, is how this digital marketing agency operates!

They generated leads for territories that my company does not service which hurt our reputation and pissed off a number of people. I had to pay for these leads, pay employees to call these leads, and incur overhead losses. To make matters worse, they inserted ads for another company within my ads account which was linked to my financial institution. This could have caused a catastrophic blow to my company which we might have not been able to recover from. Note to counsel that send me letters every Friday – These are provable FACTS!

The entire experience with Impiro Cerone Inc. – DBA - Lincoln Digital Group has been terrible!

Once I realized the harm Impiro Cerone Inc. – DBA - Lincoln Digital Group, was causing my company, I wanted out of our business relationship for the welfare of my company. Guess what the owner did? He sent me a demand letter requesting a stupid amount of money for work they never performed.

Now his lawyer sends ridiculous letters to me (Every Friday)

They try to bully and intimidate their clients, even going so far to challenging my 1st amendment right to freedom of speech demanding I do not share my personal opinion online with the threat of legal action.

Can you imagine working with a company like this?

In addition, I do not believe this company to even be an established business. If you Google any of their listed business addresses you get either a cheap residential condo or an ABC liquor. In the most recent letter demanding I forfeit my 1st amendment right (or face legal action), they claim Impiro Cerone Inc. – DBA - Lincoln Digital Group is a leader in the digital marketing field…..lol – Perhaps they should get an office and develop an online presence before claiming to be a leader.

On their website, they claim to have been in business for 5 years. But, if you go to SunBiz.org and search for Impiro Cerone Inc. – DBA - Lincoln Digital Group you will see this business was opened on 02/10/2016 – Also Google the address listed under Principal Address and see what you find….

Challenging my 1st amendment right which they did, is laughable! Everything I have said about this company has been the truth (AND MY PERSOANL OPINION). Did they forget that all of our correspondence has been documented and can be proven? This further asserts my opinion that Impiro Cerone Inc. – DBA - Lincoln Digital Group, uses tactics of intimidation to try and get what they want.

To my fellow business owners, looking for quality digital marketing results, learn from my mistake and stay away from a company that conducts business in the manner Impiro Cerone Inc. – DBA - Lincoln Digital Group does.

There are plenty of other REPUTABLE companies out their willing do business in an ethical and honest manner. But, in my opinion that is NOT Impiro Cerone Inc. – DBA - Lincoln Digital Group!

Before sending another threatening letter, I suggest looking into the (Consumer Review Fairness Act). The Consumer Review Fairness Act protects consumers' ability to share their honest opinions about a business's products, services, or conduct in any forum – and that includes social media.
