I scheduled a limousine to pick me and my 10 year old son up at the Orlando Airport about two weeks prior to my leaving town. I gave a credit card over the phone was given a confirmation number and was told they would be there at the time and date specified.

Upon my arrival in Orlando Airport, there wasn't anyone there to pick us up. I called about 10 minutes after collecting our bags asking where they were.

Eric explained to me that the driver was there and had left and they would have someone there within 10 minutes. I told him I wanted to have someone there within 20 minutes - giving them an extra 10 minutes. Noone came.

I called back and Jason proceeded to tell me of chargebacks they have incurred over the year and went on and on. When I finally asked them if someone was going to come pick me up they said there weren't any drivers available and that they had left message to confirm my reservation which I never received at home or at work.

At the time of my reservation I was not told a follow up call would be made so I did not anticipate making a call to confirm the reservation since I had a confirmation number.

Needless to say, my son and I were stranded at the Airport for an hour before we were able to arrange for other transportation. I wanted others to be aware of this terrible business practice.

I went to the website you posted and this is what it said: Due to circumstances beyond our control. Limousine Referrals has had some difficulty fulfilling bookings due to computer problems. We are asking all Limousine Referrals customers who experianced problems and have not received a refund to contact us via email and to send us a copy of there reservation email so we may process a full refund. Once your email is received and all information is in hand a refund check will be issued and mailed to you within 10 business days. If you have emailed your information and are awaiting your refund please feel free to contact us on the status of your check. we will be more than happy to answer any and all questions you may have ===================================== I hope they have/will give you a refund now.
