I went to the website you posted and this is what it said: Due to circumstances beyond our control. Limousine Referrals has had some difficulty fulfilling bookings due to computer problems. We are asking all Limousine Referrals customers who experianced problems and have not received a refund to contact us via email and to send us a copy of there reservation email so we may process a full refund. Once your email is received and all information is in hand a refund check will be issued and mailed to you within 10 business days. If you have emailed your information and are awaiting your refund please feel free to contact us on the status of your check. we will be more than happy to answer any and all questions you may have ===================================== I hope they have/will give you a refund now.
