In 2016, I was involved in a sweetheart scam with 1 or 2 individuals who claimed to have bought equipment from Lighthouse Utility. I suspect that they had inside information about a legitimate sale, because I talked to Randall myself to decide if I wanted in on the business. I was to help the "sweetheart" get the business started, by helping him pay back a loan for the equpment, plus help with various other expenses.
Randall had nothing to do with the "loan".
At some point, I had reason to contact one of the other people who was "a friend" helping the "sweetheart" like I was - loaning him small $ a few times to get him over the hump for the loan and daily business expenses.
Of course, nothing was in writing about my being a partner in the business, and there was nothing in writing about any of these "loans" either.
The "friend" had not ever heard of my "sweeheart". He was dealing with someone with a different name for a private loan, and he was paying front end fees as described in the original complaint for Lighthouse here. Everything that the "sweetheart" told me about being an employee of Total Energy with a contract to Chevron was a complete lie.
There may have been 2 people, or there may have just been one person using several names - we did not figure that out, although we tried to trap the "sweetheart" to sort it out. In the meantime, I found out that the "private loan officer" was using my home address for his business address. This scam had many dimensions. By this point, I was furious, and reported all the informaiton that I had to the FBI.
As of spring 2018, I can tell you that these people were still active. "Sweetheart" contacted me about a bitcoin investment. I was wiser this year.
The point of my report is to vouch for Randall Witte as he describes his business. Nothing more, nothing less.

I lost my money to this scammers last month through crypto currency Bitcoin transactions, I tried all I could to get the money back at a point i came across a Digital Asset recovery firm on ripoff report , I sent my complaint to their company mail: Asknet recovery an agency helping a lot of people in getting back their funds, I got in contact with them and I provided all information they needed for the recovery, within 48hours they got back my money, I confirmed the payment in my wallet account.
