ordered a dvr camera security kit from this co. on e-bay. after 4 months the dvr went out. contacted the co. 4 times on e-mail, & only got the runaround. dvr was warranted for 1 year-asked for a repair or replacement several times.
the co. then quit answering my e-mails. not a reliable co. to do business with. this co. is out of china & doing business on e-bay as 007estorm. co. has many complaints.
