Lifetel Financial & Insurance Services, LLC - Jim Hendry No Refund Ontario California
I initially signed up to become a "virtual life insurance sales agent”. I was told I would be refunded the money after my $5000 of premium is written. I started the sales course, and never come close to Completion. I contacted the man who hired me Jim Hendry and told me that they cannot refund me because I had signed up and I’ve been exposed to their company. Granted it was months later of me asking for my refund, however I had explained to him that I am not interested nor will I be ever pursuing a career in life insurance. I had explained to him my position with me working two jobs and a pregnant wife that every little extra will help. He granted and supposedly promised my refund. The check was supposed to be in the mail and it is now close to a month. The check is coming from California and he does not know what’s going. All he knows he says that it has been sent. I have asked for a receipt, or copy of the check stub. And I have received nothing.
