Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This fraudulent company advertises "Enzyte" to stimulate p***s growth. Well, with the trouble they've given me, I am the biggest "d**k" they're going to meet and I'm a female. Like several of you, I'm married for 10 years to a 34 year old man that has no impotence problem.(trust me).

This product was marketed as a sexual pleasure enhancer. It doesn't work, they require a credit card, they illegally continue to charge clients' accounts using an "Established Customer Program" as a tool, and require you to pay for the "return to sender" process which costs money, and then your package will be returned anyways marked: INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS.

Their scam is that you cannot return the package with an incomplete address. Therefore, they never get the package and you never get your money back. I was cursed at by Customer Service Reps, hung up on several times, on hold for 20 minutes plus, and given phoney contacts, addresses, and Supervisor's to talk to. I have contacted the following agencies and would appreciate your assistance in bring this company down!!!!

Cincinnati BBB 898 Walnut Street, 4th Floor, Cincinnati, OH 45202

State of OH Atty General, Betty Montgomery 30 E. Broad Street, 17th Floor, Columbus, OH 43215 / Federal Trade Commission 600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20580 / US Dept of Justice

Deputy Atty General, Larry Thompson Washington, DC 20530

I have also taken initiative to contact local news producers, AOL, Major Credit Card Fraud Alert, local Consumer Affairs, BBB, Atty General, and US Postal Services. File under : Wrong Robinson

As a current employee of Lifekey Healthcare located in Cincinnati Ohio I can not say in good conscious that these claims are untrue. Yes the prefered customer agrement is a giant scam. Call center agents are "required" to tell customers that they will be billed if they do not cancel by said date. Also we are told that customer service is also bending over backwards to help customers. This may or may not be true. I have recieved more than enough complaints about Customer Service constantly being busy. For a while i believed as i was told that our company was a valid just company. After being around this company for soem time I can no longer belive this. I have received too many complaints about customers not being able to cancel. The money is good and the employees are generaly great people this is not their doing. They are people with families who need to work to support them. Most are not aware of Lifekeys transgressions. While you people are screwed over so are teh emloyees of Lifekey healthcare. Our pay and company policies are constantly changing to keep our paychecks down. No matter how hard i sell I cannot make as much money as I deserve. The upper management of Lifekey are bastards ard deserve to go down. If anyone is interested contact me at the email i have submitted. I will not give any personal information at this time for fear of lossing my job even for writting this. Can you say n**i camp, thats what its like working at Lifekey.

Misinterpretation of "linked"

#4Consumer Suggestion

Thu, July 10, 2003

Hi Jacqueline, I am a web programmer and know how valuable resources are on the web. I only state this to let you know that I too am very familiar with how all this technology works. Although, I do not mean this to sound argumentative. What I was most concerned about is how some consumers may misinterpret your statement that we are "linked" with Lifekey. The word "linked" could be thought of as any of the words I had used in the title of my last post, "owned", "operated", "funded", or "related". The statement of us being "linked", I feel, is not at all accurate either. We own and operate our website on our own webservers. The product, Enzyte, is sold on our website only. It does not direct or inderectly send a consumer to any of Lifekey's websites. If you were to click on the entry you had found in Google, or any other place that we may show up for that matter, you will land on our site. Now if you were to end up purchasing the product, you would be dealing 100% with us, not Lifekey. Since we never end up sending you away from our site, nor do we forward your order to Lifekey, I don't quite understand how we are "linked" to them as you have mentioned. The only link that is fair to be said is that we sell one of their products on our website. And let's be honest here, it isn't so much that consumer's are complaining about the effectiveness of the product, it has to do more with their screwy autoship program. We wouldn't be selling any products on our site if they plain out didn't work for anyone. And yes, I obviously am aware of the situation, but I don't necessarily feel obligated to remove the product from our site. The reason being is that there are two positives to this story. First, I am able to offer a high demand product to consumers who may know about the mishaps of dealing with this company from helpful sites like these. Given that, if they had a safe alternative place to purchase from like our site, then in a way, most all the inconvenience has been lifted from their shoulders. And secondly, by representing even just one of Lifekey's products (not sure if they offer anything else), I as a retailer have more power then the average consumer. Meaning, I can use my voice to bring to their attention the harm they are creating for consumers, independent retailers, and most importantly, their own business. Some may say that I support Lifekey for continuing to carry one of their products, that is their right. However, I am really not siding with anyone here. Let's face it, most sites like these will never attract a rebuttal from the original company. Therefore, I'm only hearing one side of the story. I am however going to ask my rep why their autoship program is setup in this way and will post any helpful updates here.

glad to hear that the information was resourceful

Mrs. Michelle: I am glad to hear that the information was resourceful, and hope you can return with good news. Jaime-Health Shop Retailer: Thank you for your input. You deserve to hear a clarification of the facts. The sources available to me are all strictly through general public information, however far more than a simple "Google Search". If you could reveiw this Rebuttal, no where will you find, that your place of business, the 911 Healthshope is listed as the Owner of Lifekey Healthcare. Please reveiw that information, if it can be of assistance to you. It is simply stated there is a "Link" at your site, selling this product. Now that you are aware of the situation, you have an option to remove the product. You were never listed as the Owner of Lifekey Healthcare. I have multiple source and professionals to back my information. The "Google Cache" is only a minor part, but still a valid consideration, in determing the nature of a business, the availability, demand for a given product; and importantly in determing "product claims". Google will show advertisements, links and thousands, if not millions of other sources of information. I sincerely apologize, if you think the information has negatively affected your business. You sound reliable and professional, and cared enough to have an input, too bad others choose not to participate, in this manner. Thank you for your time and input, because with the information you share, consumers can continue to learn and collect the necessary information, and make their own choices. Best Regards,

Hello everyone, My name is Jamie and am the President of 911HealthShop.com. I just wanted to state and make clear that we are merely an independently owned online supplement store. We carry close to a thousand different brands of products, including, but not limited to, Enzyte by Lifekey Healthcare. I do concur that the bottle of Enzyte contains information about an autoship program, but do not know anymore about how this program works except for what I have read here. If this is truly how this company operates, then that is a shame. As for us, just like any other supplement product, we buy wholesale and sell retail. We have no autoship program in place and never really had any requests to have one in place. If anyone has ever purchased from us, they will attest to the fact that we have an extremely generous return policy which allows consumers to return (even open product) to us for a full refund, this includes Enzyte. I just want consumers to understand that Lifekey Healthcare is Lifekey Healthcare. 911HealthShop.com is owned and operated by my corporation, Platinum Strategies, Inc. Other then the fact that we sell one of their products does not make us the culprit that someone has unintentionally made us out to be on this site. Most of what has been said here can be said about thousands of other supplements on the market, not to say that it makes it right, but if you're going to go after someone, please make sure you are going after the right company(s). If you were to purchase Enzyte from our site, our company bills and ships you the product. Our return policy applies, not Lifekey's. Any returns are sent to us directly, not Lifekey. Any autoship programs are thrown out the window since our company does not offer one and again, we are not owned or operated by Lifekey Healthcare. I am somewhat disappointed that Jacqueline has pointed a finger at us simply by peforming a search in the Google search engine. The fact is, out of the 229+ search results that come up for Lifekey Healthcare, 99% of them are also not Lifekey owned or operated. She could have posted any other website but ours and that still would have not had any significance to this report. I guess what I am trying to say is that we absolutely have no control over what another company or entity does with the way they run their business. Like I said, shame on them if this is how they want to run their business. But in the future, please make sure that your facts our straight before posting such a damaging report about a company who is not even related to the actual company you are experiencing trouble with. The only advice I can give you as a retail business owner is to use a major credit card for your online purchases. What I mean by that is to use a real credit card and not a bank debit card. This way, you can instantly dispute the charge on your credit card without having to go through the hassles that were described here. All it would take then is one 2 or 3 minute phone call to your credit card provider to recoup your purchase in full. This process will save you from any headaches and will not cost you a penny. If anyone has any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us anytime. President Platinum Strategies, Inc.

LifeKey & Boland info is crucial for investigation...Thank You Jacquline

I appreciate your resourceful information. However, I'm not so sure about what a "google-check" is. I have "exremely" powerful people that I am related to and network with that are helping me to insure a proper, thourough investigation and to insure as much accurate info as possible. Your information was more than expected. I appreciate your help and knowledge. Consumers: DON"T DO IT ! Unfortunitly, you are probably looking this site up only AFTER you've been ripped-off. That's what happpened to me and that's why I'm taking the measures necessary to stop this SCAM ! Freedom of Speach and the right to my opinion will certainly keep me informing potential clients and/or victims about LifeKey/Boland/Enzyte/911Healthshop.com/shop.store.yahoo.com/and whatever different links they have.

Beware: www.911healthshop.com linked to Lifekey Healthcare

#14Consumer Suggestion

Tue, June 24, 2003

I read your encouraging report, and it sounds like you have everything under control. Just wanted to add information, for others who might be researching or law enforcement. www.911healthshop.com is linked with Lifekey, so that you can access Lifekey products, at their site. shop.store.yahoo.com is still another. I ran a general Google-check, and saw they are alive and well. I recieved "229 results in 0.08 seconds", and obviously did not look into all of them. Usually businesses headed down the tubes or practicing something illegal, have their information edited and/or removed from Google's cache. It's not an easy process, but the Google Editors make this option available to anyone or any business. They have two "Unsatisfactory Reports" at cinncinati.bbb.org. There is one report for each: Boland Naturals and Lifekey, Inc. Lifekey claims customers sign a "member aggreement" to purchase "the said" product on a monthly basis. It almost reminds me of Columbia House Publishing, where you get an automatic feature C.D. monthly, and have to tell them before a specific due date, not to send it. You also have a "Purchase Commitment" to by 4 C.D.s or more over the coarse of two or more years. Lifekey started in 1994, and Boland June 1 of 2002. They are not directly acknowledged by the Owner: Steve Warshak as being the same company, affiliated or otherwise. In that last 36 months, 110 complaints were filed at BBB. This information found in articles: http://www.search.cincinnati.bbb.org/default3.asp? I hope that you have changed all of your banking account numbers, Driver's License and credit card numbers, for emergency measures, and to put a stop to it. Well, I hope everything works out. Give us an update on your progess, if you can, if not, that's okay too. It would be great for other consumers in your situatin to gather information from your case. Thank you for sharing.
