This company gives u a free trial for 30 days and only charges you shipping and handling. They do this to get your credit card number. I went to cancel the account which u have to do 7-10 days before next shipment or your card charged again. So i called there 18668341715 number to do so and it directed me to cancel on there web page askberkeley.com.

And so i went there and thought i cancelled. Its a TRAP. they dont give u a confirmation code, nore does the page say print for your records, and they don't email you either. So you have no proof u cancelled. Which they require to get your money back. So they are giving out free samples to get your card number and trapping u in to another shipment.

I managed to argue long enough and threatened them with reporting them to the Better business bureau and they said they give me my refund but i havnt seen it yet so i reported them any ways cause they are scamming people and hoping to get people that just write it off as a lose which im sure theres more cause i heard other repersentitaves telling other customers it was shipped already they couldnt refund the money. ITS A SCAM REPORT THEM IF YOU GOT SCAMMED........ ITS ONLY WAY TO CATCH THEM.....

They are misleading people on their website and they are scamming people. No obligations means NO OBLIGATIONS they took 70 dollars from my account and I feel that I was misled. I ordered the 30 day "free" sample and thought that was it BOY was I wrong. I have tried to report to the better business bureau but I can't seem to get the complaint form right. I did call and they said they have a bad rep that they are doing this. I want my money back. I am disabled and living off of SSI. I cannot be without this money.

I ordered the free sample of Enzyte about a month ago. I paid the shipping fee and got the bottle. Two weeks later I went online and cancelled my subscription because I dont want to continue to receive the product. Well today I see a charge from them for another bottle. This is most definitely a scam. I thought I printed the confirmation page, but I cannot find it. I may not have, but I intend to dispute the charge.

I have, in the recent past, cancelled two separate "Managed Care" products by the Berkeley Neutraceutical company at their website. Upon completing the requested forms for cancellation (separate form for each product), I DID receive a confirmation page. I have never been charged other than my original shipping fees. My suggestion for any person out there who RECENTLY received the free sample or anyone who will be doing so in the future is to visit the askberkeley.com website as soon as you receive your shipment in the mail to cancel the managed care program that is clearly mentioned throughout the website. Even if the product works for you, you should cancel the managed care program simply because it is not the best deal. Re-orders through the company 800 number are the best deal.

We had the credit card company change our # so that nothing could be charged to our card thanks to this website. I found out in time that it is a ripoff and called the credit card company immediately. Maybe you should do the same.
