On or about 08/21/2010 I called Liccardi Lincoln Mercury, LLC about refinancing my wifes mini van that was repossessed by Chrysler financial the week before. The sales associate Anthony Robinson told me that they can help me and it would cost me $2000.00 for them to do this. They then took my personal and credit information over the phone. A few days later they called me and asked me to come in and sign the paper work. I did this on 8/21/2010 and gave them an $850.00 deposit and had to go back again on 08/23/2010 with a cosigner to sign more paperwork and gave them an additional $3150.00 to make the deposit $4000.00. This time they told me Im approved and they would have the car back to me in a couple days but the whole thing is going to cost more money than what they told me on 08/21/2010. Now Im told I would have to pay an additional $1650.00 to continue the warranty and insure the loan. Now instead of paying the $2000.00 in fees they are charging me $5514.00 to refinance my mini van.

Every day since then they tell me I will have my car back before the days over but they never get me the mini van. Now they tell me on 09/04/2010 that besides the $5514.00 they charged me to process this loan I still have to pay more or I wont get the car back. I explained to them I cant pay any more and I do not want them to proceed with this refinance. I have asked for my $4000.00 deposit back but have been told no several times. Also I now have a loan on a car that they cant produce for me. This loan thru Ford Motor Credit should be cancelled because I still dont have the car.

On 09/08/2010 I mailed Liccardi Lincoln Mercury a certified letter demanding my money back because they never produced the mini van for me and asked that the loan be voided. They never responded to this letter or returned any of my phone calls.  I have since purchased my wife a used car and returned the rental car that has now cost me over $1000.00 while I waited for the mini van.

On 09/24/2010 I again called Liccardi Lincoln Mercury asking to talk to the owner about getting my refund but again was told he is not there. I was then told that they delivered it and parked it in front of a neighbors house on my street and gave the keys to my mother in law. When I returned to town on 09/26/2010 and found the car parked and locked. One tire completely flat and another almost flat, the center console has been removed from the car and two small dents in the doors that were not there before. I started the car so I could move it off the road because I cancelled the insurance a couple weeks before and found the car has 7020 more miles on it then the odometer disclosure statement dated 08/23/2010 indicates. The odometer reads 45200 miles and the odometer disclosure statement dated 08/23/2010 has 38180 miles. Who has been using this van since I gave them a deposit? Is this even legal.

I still do not want this mini van because I purchased a used car for my wife from someone more reliable. I cancelled this refinance with a certified letter to Liccardi Lincoln Mercury eighteen (18) days before Liccardi Lincoln Mercury delivered this car without my knowledge and without insurance on a public road near my home. In a phone conversation between Anthony Mcglynn and myself I explained that I no longer want this van refinanced and want my deposit back twenty two (22) days before they delivered it.
