after having wireless service for 3 years my service was immediately terminated on June 20. i was informed that had used all my antime minutes however going over my call usge i had approximately 100 minutes left.

the internet account site had been down for 2 months. customer service informed me their was no way for them to track my usage. they just "knew" that my minutes had expired. the customer srevice rep was rude informed me he was the manager and there was no complaints office. apparently that was down too.

i was told to pay for next months usage if i wanted to use the phone eventhough next months bill wasnt due for a couple of weeks.

i was also informed that there was nothing i can do about it. but pay for services i had not recieved. after calling back several times... i continued to get the same representative which offered no assistance. emails were not returned. and all contact information was non-active anymore.

a month later still no service. my phone is just a paperweight now. i've since swithced service providers. never have i seen a company so rude, crude and fradulent.
