Liberty Pontiac GMC dealership rip-off
Basicly I purchased a new 99 Yukon in 1998. A few months later, I started having a problem with the differential slipping. They greased it and said it was fixed. Well to make a long story short. I had to take it back around four times within a years time.
The customer service rep Kem Almond, told me they needed to order a special grease for it and that they will call me when it comes in. After several weeks I call the dealership and was told by the rep, Kem Almond that they did not want to buy a 55 gallon drum when they only needed 1 quart. After several months I went back in for another problem and the service rep and the the guy that have been working on the truck were both no longer employed there. The service manager told me that the truck is out of warrantee now and that he could not do anything about it. I purchased this truck at Liberty GMC in Charlotte NC. The service manager is William Bailey. I will continue to pursue this problem even if I need to go to small claims.
