LIBERTY ONLINE SERVICES false advertising ripoff Miami Florida
This is a follow up on the complaint I submitted earlier,I called the number that was on my bill that was in with my telephone bill, and after a while I finally realized that I was talking with the LIBERTY ONLINE SERVICES office.
I had to continously ask the woman to speak up because she talks a hundred miles an hour in a real low voice and I don't believe that english is her first language.
I told her my problem and she kept insisting that I had authorized the bill.I insisted that I hadn't. Finally after much discussion she put me on hold while she talked with her supervisor and then she said they would drop one of the two months they had charged for but I told her that I wanted both charges droped and that I was going to file a law suit against them and they decided to drop both charges.
What they do is contact people and tell them that they are going to give them a free listing on the internet yellow pages.I remembered after a while that they had told me it is a free listing and that I would not be charged anything, so I said OK if it is free there is no problem.The kiclker is ,and they don't say this ,but after one month of free they start charging 29.95 a month if you don't cancell after the first month.
They lie and omit information and try to cheat you when you complain.
