Liberty Auto Glass, All Insurance approved, Capital One auto Glass Total Scam!! Was promised cash incentive, or gift card, Check was in the mail I kept hearing, never came Scottsdale Arizona
I saw this company (Liberty Auto Glass) on the internet. It said you could recieve up to $250 incentive back, or a gift card foe restaraunts valued at $100. The guy's name is Robby, and talked a good game. I asked him more about the gift card and he started naming off places the card was goos for (Applebee's, Native NewYorkers, Pizza Hut, and more),
He really wanted to get this job done quick (I gues before I wised up). next day he had this guy come out to install the glass. I asked him about the gift card, and he said that is all done through the office, he knows nothing about it. I contacted Robby at Liberty Auto Glass while my glass was being installed. He said I would receive the gift card the following week.
The following week another one of our fleet vehicles was brought in with another cracked winshield. I called Robby again to get it fixed. He said he could do it right now. I said let's finish our first transaction, and the gift card to arrive. He said he was suprised it wasnt there, and he will make sure it is in my mailbox by Wednesday. I said great, lets make an appointment for Thursday and get your guy out to get the glass fixed.
I called Robby on Wed, Thurs. and Friday, and never recieved a call back, even with the opprutunity to get more business from me. DO NOT TRUST LIBERTY AUTO GLASS!! IT'S ALL A SCAM. They are a one trick pony, and the trick is on you!!
