We bought an LG dishwasher from bestbuy on sale while we were remoding out kitchen so we did not need it at that moment. 28 days later we install it and it will not drain. We call best buy the next day to set up the exchange and they tell me we are past the 30 day return policy so it needs to be repaird. They they tell me a geek squad member will come out to check the installation first then if that isnt the problem they will set up a repair. That does not work for me so we called LG. They set up a repair for the next day and then at 5pm called me saying the ticket was canceled because the repair company could not reach me. They never called. Now my next appointment is a week out. Repair tech shows up and tells me the dishwasher needs to be replaced without even looking at it and it takes 5-10 days for him to get the replacement. This was BRAND NEW and it does not work. No one has offered any compensation for having to wait 3 and a half weeks to get a brand new dishwasher repaired/replaced. 

Beware when buying major kitchen items. If you do not plan on using them right away make sure you check the exchange policy.
