I wish to report LG Appliances for their defective products and horrible Customer Service.
I had a previous problem with LG that after and extensive negotiation the Company sent a New Model LDF8072ST Dishwasher. While still under warranty, this dishwasher leaked and flooded my kitchen. I called the local, reputable Appliance Repair COmpany that I use and recommend and paid $50 for a house call. He said he would not work with LG since he had problems getting paid,
I called LG and dealt with Tori Adams, who was very nice and directed me to A & E Repair. They came 4 times to my house and could not fix the leak. In following A & E missed the next two appointmeents while I stayed home from work. Max, a Customer Service Manager from A & E (call center in Phillipines) told me he was getting LG to replace the dishwasher. Betty Adams told me LG would not be responsible and I needed to deal with A & E. A& E told me I had to deal with LG.
This process started in Nobemeber of 2015 and I have been without a dishwasher for 8 months. I now have to go and buy a new unit and I will never buy an LG Product again nor will I ever use A & E Repair.
