3 months ago I was looking for a lease purchase home and contacted renttoown.com website. they told me I needed to register with Lexington law before they could send me the listing of homes. I told them I didn't need that service because I do not have any credit because I was just discharged out of chapter 13 bankruptcy. I have no credit and I need to establish my credit.

Well I listened and immediately told rent to own that I didn't need the service and told Lexington Law that they could not help me. I made the mistake and gave them my information and cancelled. Three months later they are still charging my credit card and refused to cancel me. I called on 07/24/2018 and practically threatened to sue them if they didn't stop.

They were no help and the representative actually told me that I agreed to continue to the services. He finally gave me a cancellation confirmation number and told me that I still owed Lexington Law. When I asked why he said for the services that they performed for me. I lost my temper and was disgusted with Lexington Law and asked what service they performed when I didn't have any credit to repair. He said they have record where they sent out letters to the creditors regarding chapter 13.

I asked were they stupid and uneducated. My bankruptcy attorney has already took care of that and why would they send out letters to creditors that I have already paid through chapter 13. He said that Lexington Law will attempt 7 more times to collect what is owed to them. I filed a scammed report with the BBB and contacted my credit card holder informing them that I did not agree to the charge from Lexington Law. I received an email of the cancellation confirmation and another email from Lexington Law with an E-signature . My first and Last name was misspelled and this confirmed that I didn't sign up for this service. I wish I could tell the entire world about Lexington Law and the fake business of renttoown. that's another write up. Lexington Law is a ripoff United States
