I have not started work on the landscaping as of yet, but have contacted point of contact with no return phone calls, or emails. I am a small business; I am perplexed as to what they would gain ! why waste my time and yours if you are not serious about getting the work done? Thanks for the report tho, at least i haven't done the work for free.... sorry to all that have. Have a great day!
