I am the wife of a Les Schwab employee. My husband started with the company almost 7 years ago and is now a proud Assistant Manager. I have yet to come accross a situation where Les Scwab was negligent or at-fault without taking the necessary steps to correct the situation. NO, they are not perfect (although, they come much closer than any of their competition). They DO make mistakes and occasionally products ARE defective. They have very liberal policies and practices that allow for these situations to be corrected in the favor of the customer. You never said what exactly is wrong with your tire. They just told you that it seemed low? That doesn't make sense. Les Schwab offers free flat repair. They would check to see if it had a hole, then repair it if it did. Did they do that? How long did you wait before you told them there was a problem? If there was a substantial problem you should have noticed fairly quickly and immediately returned to them. Please update you complaint with more details. As a person with knowledge of Les Schwab and basic tire information, this just doesn't add up. I can assure you that Les Schwab DOES back up their promise to provide outstanding products along with customer service that is unbeatable. If you or any other customer EVER feel that you are treated unfairly you should discuss your feelings with the store manager. If you feel that a particular store has issues, you should ask them who their Zone Manager is and contact them. Granted, there will always be unrealistic expectations and customers who just cause trouble, but those aside, Les Schwab WILL do whatever it can to keep you and other drivers safe and to provide the best service to it's loyal customers. I couldn't be happier to be a part of such a great company. We need more like them.
