Les Schwab Tire Centers Les Schwab screwed me over on a set of wheels Portland, Oregon
I went to Les Schwab on 41st and Powell in Portland, Oregon to buy my third set of wheels from them. 2 days after I bought the wheels I noticed that they were grinding against my control arm and stopping my vehicle when I backed up and turned right. I brought my vehicle back to Les Schwab and I told them want was happening. They ordered me spacer and told me to return the nex day.
When I went back to the tire center they tried to put on the spacer but they were too big. I told them I wanted to return them and they said it was not covered on the waurantee. I aargued with them for 15 minutes and I told them that I would never come back to any Les Schwab if they wouldnt return my money. They patronized me and told me that it was my choice to never return. I am so pissed I could breath fire.
This is not the first time Les Schwab screwed me over. The saying goes, "once shame on you, twice shame on me." I should have never returned after they replaced my shocks when they didnt need to be replaced. Go to an honest tire center.

It shouldnt have come to this but I contacted the corporate office of Les Schwab to get my money back. I sent them a detail fax explaining my problem. Fortunately, they called me and told me they would take care of this situation.
A day later the Les Schwab that I bought the wheels at contacted me and told me to come in to get a refund. I went in and I got back my money. This was a complete pain in the a*s and they should have never put me through this. Be careful when you shop with Les Schwab because when things go wrong they may not back their waurantee.
