Leo Agriculture Nico Leonard Leo Ag had no problem taking my money but has a problem helping me keep the TMR mixer they built running. Monroe Wisconsin
I contacted Leo Ag in 2017 about buliding a TMR mixer for me after several conversations I went ahead and moved forward do business with Leo Ag. They sent me a invoice for $12,314.00 and I sent them a deposit of $6,000. After I sent the deposit my contact with Leo Ag became less and less and I should of known better and asked for my deposit back. September of 2018 I get a call that the tmr mixer I had ordered is done I sent the remaining amount owed and make plans to pick the unit after the check cleared. They are located in Wisconsin and I am in Texas so it’s not like I can just show up place of business and resolve issues. So I drive up on 10/19/18 and pick up the TMR mixer Niceo Leonard was nice enough to meet me at 9:30 pm at night to pick up unit. I get the mixer home and make my first feed mix on 10/26/18 that’s when all the issues start. Since 10/26/18 I have had a broken gear tooth that took 2 weeks to replace, the hydraulic valve broke on day 7 still not replaced now on 12/6/18 hydraulic pump is leaking oil bad. I have talked to hydraulic expert and gave them all the info on the hydraulic system and they have said the hydraulic system is wrong and by wrong is the engine driving the hydraulic system is too small or the opposite is the hydraulic system is to big for the engine driving the hydraulic system.
I have been trying to contact Leo Ag for weeks trying to come up with a solution so I can be mixing feed and feeding my cattle. TMR mixers are supposed to give years of trouble free service I’m about 45 days owning it has truly run about 20 to 25 days. I have tried my best to work this out with Nico the owner of Leo Ag and he has not responded to me for 2 weeks.
