I was contacted by this company in September regarding what I thought was a fantastic credit card program, featuring a credit card with a $2500 limit and zero% interest, including $500 free groceries and free gas. The program cost $221.95 and like a dummy, I gave them my account number to take the cost out of my checking account. I rescheduled the dates for the withdrawal about 3 times because I was having financial difficulties. The final date given was December 14, and I forgot about it.

They took the money out of my account on December 14. I called right away afterwards, and was told that refunds would not be issued until March. I called twice in January, twice in February, and was still given the same month (March). I called in March and was told that the checks would be mailed out on March 7, then March 14, then March 21, then March 28. In April I tried calling several times and got no answer or waited on line about 45 minutes.

I decided to visit their website (which I don't think they have), but while in the search engine I saw rip off complaints from other customers about this company. (Ripoff reports.com). Other customers had been complaining about their refund policy, or they never received the credit card. These people are probably rich from collecting $221.95 from everyone they contacted.

I want my money back. They took it around Christmas time and that hurt me very badly. I will never forget this.
