It all started in March of 2002, me, the unsuspecting consumer was tricked into thinking i could get a credit card with a $2,500 limit from a local bank, if I gave a $221.95 as a deposit. So, I hesitated, and they were pretty much looking for an answer right then, and told me all this other cool stuff I'd get in the supposed package, so I gave in, and let them take the money. The dumbest thing I'd ever done.

A day later, the money was drafted out of my account. A month goes by, and I still recive no package. so I call, wait on hold for 20 minutes, and get told they were really backed up and something happened with the computers and it didnt send out my package. so I could tell from that, I was scammed so I requested my money back. They said they had to send me a refund request form. 2 months go by.. no form. so I call again, they say they sent it. I get all my other mail, so why should this be a problem? They resend, I get it a couple weeks later. not only are they gonna f*** up, and not send me my package, but they are going to take 24.95 OUT OF MY REFUND, for a processing fee? Then I really knew it was a scam. So I sent in the refund form, and hoped I'd get a check for my money back.

About 5 months go by, no word on my refund, so I call them yet again. They say they're backed up, yet again. they say my check will be going out on february 21st. so I wait. March 1st rolls around, and I still have no check. I call them again. Some dumb girl tells me it didnt get sent out until the 28th, so I should wait some more. Ha. so I wait another week, still nothing. mail does not take that long. again I call .. oh, well we'll put a stop check on that and reissue you another one on the 28th. um. bullshit. I ask why they can take money out of my account but not be able to direct deposit it. No answer. we just can't. and she starts getting an attitude. So I ask to talk to the manager.

Well she's even worse then the first girl. Her name Alicia Coleman, called me a b***h, yelled at me, and hung up on me. What kind of a place would treat people like that. You're stealing from me and you dont have the nerve to be pleasant on the phone?!! Anyway, she says they've been backed up and I ask all the same questions, and I get hung up on. So I call back because I'm so mad I could rip her head off. And then I talk to some other dumb lady who supposedly is a manager. While I'm talking to her shes got music playing in the backround, and basically not listening to a word I'm saying.

I ask about my refund, and she says it never got sent out on the 21st or 28th because they're really backed up. And that it will be sent out on april 4th. Ohhh .. interesting, let's stall some more and maybe ill forget about my money? oh no. so she proceeds to yell at me and tell me they're really backed up and that she has my money and I will

They will get thiers. If I have to fly to GA and do it myself I will get my money back. And they will compensate me for the time I've wasted on hold, and long distance phone bills I've acrewed this past year.

I hope someone files a Class Action Law Suit, because this s##**hole needs to be shut down, and everyone they robbed deserves thier money back.
