CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO GET A HOLD OF THESE PEOPLE @ LEISURE BAY? I WENT TO REC. FAC. WAREHOUSE AND THEY GAVE ME THE SAME OLD "YOU NEED TO CALL LEISURE BAY DIRECT". BUT THEY NEVER GAVE ME THEIR NUMBER! HE SAID THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR NUMBER AT R.F.W.! I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS! CAN ONE OF THE INTELLIGENT CONSUMERS THAT BROKE THROGH THE B.S. PLEASE HELP!

THANKS TO DANIELLE!! for paying for the 2nd day shipping after all!! I was somewhat shocked given her previous attitude on the phone. After being told "I can't prove that" they must have reconsidered and did the right thing (although I would have been satisfied earlier had I have known it at the time). And the parts did arrive on Friday after all. I am still frustrated at the lack of manners this company has, but I am thankful that I got what I needed after all. I know everyone in every job is busy, but why can't we try to provide a service with a smile like I was taught way back when? I guess all is well that ends well--I'm just glad its over--and I will NEVER buy/ install ANY pool ever again!!! They are nothing but headaches and moneypits!! Good luck to those who step into those waters.......

Darren (doug) whatever your name is? In response to your report Im deeply sorry that you feel that way about our company. I was the person you spoke to when you did call back and we didnt have the parts. Reason why I remember is because I was the representitive that personally went to another warehouse to find the product. Even if the order was sent wrong the first time,I tried my best to fix it today. When we had spoken on the phone and you or I hung up on each other I felt bad for you. Being that you told me what you had to go through in your other pool experiences. Then I went ahead and paid for all the charges on the 2 day air so you would have them on friday. All you would have to pay for is the parts. Then I get word of this report after I had already done that. So in response to our company being dishonest and inconsiderate I tried to please nobody else but you, the customer. You will have your parts on friday. If you have any questions, dont hesitate to call.

OK so I called and explained that the order was shorted and I needed to reorder the missing parts. No problem, right? WRONG!! One of the parts I needed they don't stock--and I explained that the original order was read back to me to be correct but it was still wrong, so I wanted some help on the shipping. Danielle says--"Well, if he read the order back to you and you missed it too then there is nothing I can do--you missed it too". I explained that she was misundertanding me; that the order WAS read back correct it just never got sent correct. "Well, I can't prove that", she says!! What poor manners!!! What horrible customer service!!! I promptly told her that whatever is fine, just send me the parts and I will never do business with you again. At that she said OK and hung up in my ear!! This company is obviously ran by dishonest and inconsiderate people who couldn't care less about their customers. But then again, isn't that the NEW AMERICAN WAY?
