Lease Comm Bankrupt Themewear Corporation Users Held Liabale ripped off ..internet treasure chest same box only now a treasure chest not a tool box
In July of 2000 I purchased a contract through Theamewear Corporation knowing that Lease Comm happened to be a partner of this OnLine internet Sales Company. (
Problem 1) I was told I was to have a business consultant whom was "Sent to another Department."
(Problem 2) Spoke with tech support and was told my internet store would reach the search engines, and failed.
(Problem 3)Relocation of the company with no forwarding address and dead phone lines.
(Problem 4) Feeling suspicious and calling LeassComm (Financial end)they had me file a report with their Legal Dept. and my correct suspicions were blown off 100% in saying it was equipment problems with Themewear.
(Problem 5) Dropshipment of store items promised I was to sell to customers came to a hault.
(Problem 6) Spoke to many people at Leass Comm that supposedly finanicaly supported Themewear and was put off each time.
(Problem 7)Recently spoke to some one at LeaseComm and they advised me that Themewear went bankrupt. As I and my Fiance' are to pay LeassComm a little over $3,500.00.
(Problem 8) When LeaseComm told me they Gave $4,000.00 to Themewear for my Internet Store and I asked to see the cancled check to Themewear Corp. they were unable to supply proper evidence(since I saw no money myself).
(Problem 9) Suffered horribly (mentaly and financialy) with working a job and trying to establish a company for myself,fiance'and 2 children.
(Problem 10) Still being billed for this ultimate catastrophe as well as having my and my fiance's credit suffering due to having LeassComm add it to our Credit Reports.
In short we were ripped off! And I feel they may be doing it again with the internet treasure chest because it is the same box only now a treasure chest not a tool box and all the same programs from seeing their add advertised on paid programing at 3 and 4 in the morning. I don't want to see anyone else have to go through the same thing I am going through.
PS. Lease Comm is also being sued by may others,an knowing from my last conversation I had with one of the company reps.

My opinion is that John Klotz would be the last person in the world whom I would retain. I understand that he is on the warpath against the Galanis' (both father and son). I would not be surprised if he himself were responsible for the posting promoting his legal services on www.ripoffreport.com.

There is a new lawyer in the fight against Themeware/Leasecomm. His name is John Klotz and he works in NYC. He is getting together a mass of clients to start litigation against Themeware/Leasecomm. Although he is targeting Themeware victoms of Leasecom, his efforts may begin to help all if the cases are successfull. I have checked it out and I am ready to fight back in this Corporate WAR! GOD BLESS the person that posted this information. And now I pass it on to this site for you to get your life and piece of mind back for yourself as well. If we all stick together we can help ourselves just like these conartists helped themselves out of our time and money.
