Representaive came to my home, talked to me, giving me verbal instructions on what to expect from this course, took my information and had me to pay in full for the course gave me his personal cell number and office number, gave me a drivers manual from the DMV, upon parting told me that the Highway Patrol required that a driver who had recently received their permit, was required to wait for a period of 60 days in order to take the actual drivers.
