LBDUK BC COMMUNICATIONS LBDUKCOM Cheap misrepresented clothing!! Unrealistic returns! Minhang Shanghai
This company portrays itself as an upscale American company with "free shipping”. After weeks of not receiving my order I figured it was coming from over seas which wasn’t the problem in itself. When I received my package every last item was a poor version of what had been pictured on their site. Their clothing smelled horrible and the material, stitching and fit were unwearable. I couldn’t believe how awful these garements were. So I contacted them about a return. They told me that shipping back to them could be up to $70 AND they would also charge me for my initial "FREE SHIPPING” from Shanghai which could be $60. They offered me $20 to keep the trash clothing to give to friends. Are you kidding?!! So it would cost me just as much money to return these items as it would to keep them?! Not much of a choice there is it. All the while they kept giving me the run around. This company is a scam and a joke. BEWARE!!!
