Lazada Lazada They stole my Graphics card when returned and wont give me refund or return my item even after promising a replacement for 4 months Cagayan de Oro City Misamis Oriental
January 2018 sent in a defective graphics card and they said they would just replace it and then for months and hundreds of calls all they did was keep lying about replacements and refunds and they hide behind anonymous names, no managers with authority and no one will talk to me directly. GPUs have doubled in price so the loss is about 20k and they wont do anything about the problem after many promises. Lazada is a complete rip off so if you use them just expect if there is a problem It will net be handled. So do at your own risk.
