We believe it important to note that not all Court Orders are alike. Many court orders are absolutely legitimate and we make no representations about this court order situation. I am the referenced veteran and this is unequivocally a false report.
All of my dealings with Mr. Kuldiner, his firm and contractors have been fair and professional and I highly recommend the space he is leasing.
I will gladly respond to requests for additional information.

The original report was based on second hand information and I now have spoken with the the only person that had contact with the landlord and now report that it was completely inaccurate.

Nick Burkholder of 1stnotice.com is not new to ripoff report. Just search for him and you will see what kind of individual he is.
In our case he was only a tenant for two months before we had to file for eviction, late payments and at the end refusal to give up possession on time. Left the place in terrible shape.
Now he is vindictive becasue he didnt get his security deposit back. He used the excuse that he was a veteral s he wont get evicted. Nick Bukholder of 1stnotice.com and buyertopia.com rented out a 4,000 square foot office and thought he didnt have to pay ontime or maintain the premises.
If you look at the other reports and the dockets with his name on it, you will see there is a judgment against him for 34,951.12 along with two other judgments.

You people who try to play the veteran sympathy card because you don't get your own way is an absolute insult to the rest of us who have worn the same uniform!
If an eviction was filed, it was because of UNPAID RENT. Late, even one day is LATE. Oh yes, the big bad attorney made sure the LATE PAYER had a DD-214 just so he could "get" him!
