you mentioned they gave you the number to gold savings? well, it is the exact same number as the number to latavi's company, which is shoreline business enterprises llc! so, they just charged you for no apparent reason, claiming it is a different company when it is not! A warning too-currently as of february 2010, latavi is airing a radio ad. in the ad, they claim to be recruiting participants "for a scientific research study for latavi", in which participants will receive a "free trial of latavi". no doubt this scientific study you participate in will only be participating in their autoship and autobill program! they are depending on people's assumptions about scientific studies. i believe they even claim the company conducting the study is "shoreline pharmaceuticals", instead of its real name shoreline business enterprises. they are not listed as a pharmaceutical company. they are only listed as a marketing company, let me make this clear not research or pharmaceuticals, only marketing. i believe it is against the law to lie about conducting a scientific research study to disguise the offer as a free trial. you end up paying for this "free" trial. and im sure they jump to it and ask for your bank account number or card number. people may think it is for them to monetarily compensate you for "participating in the scientific study", when it is really only to bill you for what you thought was free for participating, and also to automatically deduct from your account and send you more every month. beware!

On 11/25/08 I ordered this product and was told that I would have it in 7-10 days. On 12/04/08 my account was withdrawn for the purchase amount. Still not receiving the product I called on 12/8/08 and was told it was shipped and would be delivered by the end of the week. Still not receiving the product I called on 12/29/09 and was told that the product was shipped but was still in Main (another town) and that I would have to be patient, I asked about getting my money back and was told I would have to wait until I received the product and then ship it back and wait for processing. I reported the situation to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and they stated that they have no record of me ordering. The BBB has not heard back from them since my last statement in rebuttal to that response. I have called several times, one number I call gives nothing but dead air. The other number, I get a recording asking to call back on a normal business day. I have also e-mailed customer service several times with no return e-mail.
