I have had one of the worst experiences dealing with the workers of Larry Chapman Motors in San Marcos. I have never been treated like that by anyone in any business. I have noticed they don't talk to men the same way they do towards women. They were not honest in their dealings with my friends car and then as a potential customer and women they shamefully spoke to me in a belittling rude way. I have more to say on this matter but need to inquire what steps need to be taken so this doesn't happen again. My friends truck was less than 2 months old and the transmission went out. it took a week for them to get it repaired, this car being the livelyhood of a business and person, when the car was ready they did not go pick it up from the place they took it to get fixed until the day after the car was ready. It was explained to the company how important it was to get the car back asap. They said it was their truck and they would deal with it. It is my understanding it belongs to the person who is paying on the truck until they default.
