Every Business requires proper management of its assets and resources generally. But this is not the case in Kyle Canyon Ranch in Las vegas. There is high level mismanagement and this has made it an embarrassment in to the community where it exists. The Ranch is deficient in many ways which include but are not limited to:
- Mismanagement of Staff: There is general complain among the workers about how badly their welfare is being undermined. Workers are treated and addressed harshly, They are forced to work in the unfavourable conditions without regard to their welfare. To crown it up, they are badly paid. This makes the situation inhumane and imbalanced because the management takes advantage of the workers to oppress them. This treatment generally has bad impact on the business and its effect on its environment, thus making it amn embarrassment to the community
- Mismanagement of Horses: Unfortunately, the mismanagement does not stop at the workers. the conditions under which the animals are being subjected is disheartening and should draw government attention. This isprobably related to the fact that the workers are badly treated and take it out on the Animals by extending a negligent attitude towards the animals. The Horses are not given proper and regular medical care. and so they are always prone to sickness. the animal attendants are lethargic to their jobs and this is generally poor treatment to Animals.
- Poor Customer Relations: The Management has very bad approach to people, they rude, tempereamental and unneccessarily belligerent . They care less for the fact that they are a business venture and should be nice to people. Instead, they are offensive when approached for the shortcomings of their business venture. this makes change rather impossible because they give no room for customer relations and diplomatic resolutions.
- Archaic Business Practices: With ICT revolution, it is hard to find a business venture without a website. however, Kyle Canyon Ranch has no functional website and this makes business in present age so difficult, its almost impossible. it is another failure of the management because one can hardly prove how legit their business is when it has little or no online presence. the decision of Kyle Canyon Ranch to avoid the internet is highly suspicious because its business sales is not restricted to its immediate environment. therefore i warn everyone to be careful when dealing with this enterprise since it has poor online presence. you could be in danger of fraud.
Generally, the failure of the venture lies in the inefficiency and negligent attitude of the management who have not shown interest in the welfare of the workers, animals and business generallly. i would recommend legal action for the sake of the workers and the welfare of the animals.
