Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My complaint is that the inspection sticker that was put on my car was damaged. The month number 11 was badly scratched. I don't notice this when I left the station but I went to wash the car I noticed it and returned to show it to the owner. He tried to talk me out of replacing it by explaining how the police could just scan it and tell it was good. That's the problem, this is my wife's car and I don't want her or myself having to go though the trouble of getting pulled over in the first place. I know I have the paperwork to prove its good but why have to go though the trouble in the first place. The person who did the inspection should NOT have put such a badly scratched number on it in the first place. The owner finally agreed it didn't look good and went in the service bay. I don't know what he told his people but someone came and took my keys and parked my car in the service bay. I went in to sit down and the owner brought a sheet of number to show me that truly some of the numbers were in fact scratched up. They were going to try to remove the sticker and replace the number but that is impossible because these types of stickers are designed NOT to be removed and put back on because of thief purposes. You will destroy the sticker trying to do this and it will not look right at all there by causing again the problem that the police just might stop you. I request a new sticker because for one thing Im NOT going to have my wife on my case for not having this problem fixed.

Here is the issue or complaint: After they re-inspected my car (because this was the only way to correct their mistake) I was told by the owners son that this was the last time they would inspect my car! I asked him why and he told me that it cost them $40.00 to replace the sticker. I told him it was not my fault this had happened in the first place so why was I being told I could come back. He said I wasn't working with them concerning this matter. I asked him if his father (the owner) knew about this, he said 'Yes'. I've been taking both of my cars here for 6-7 years and was told I can no longer be a customer of this business because I wanted them to correct a mistake THEY made in the first place. I'm 47 years old and have NEVER in my life ever been told by a business not to bring my business back to their place. I can't explain the pain this has caused me. I really enjoyed talking with the owner over the years while my cars were being serviced. It truly feels like this man and his son have backstabbed me
