Kronos Marketing Inc. The name is intentionally similar to the legitimate company Kronos Inc. so that Glassdoor reviews for the latter appear. Aggressive recruiting for management trainees. Oklahoma City OK

After posting my resume on an online job board I was contacted by a recruiter named Patrick who asked me if I was looking for a full time job in the OKC area because Kronos was looking to recruit and train managers within the next year. I told him that was not searching for a full-time job. Nevertheless, he signed me up for a virtual interview through HireVue.
I took the bait and recorded an interview, consisting of about 10 questions. I was called again in the next hour and set up for an interview the next day. When I researched the company, I found great reviews of Kronos Inc - HOWEVER the company that contacted me was Kronos MARKETING Inc, a company I could find no information about. The website is intentionally vague.
The HR manager sounded like a college student and was extremely unprofessional. I did not go in for the interview. Since I did not go to the office and was never employed I can’t say anything for certain, but to me this seems like a scam targeted at recent college graduates. I have a very bad intuition about the whole experience and am glad I didn’t go to the interview.
